While becoming an expert in the field of Professional Body Modification as a Body Piercer, Dae came to find that he was drowning in stress, was grinding his teeth all night, and began to develop ocular migraines making it impossible for him to work.

After trying everything from medications, new glasses, supplements, diet changes, chiropractic, massage, more water, and less screen time he sought help through alternative healing. He learned he was subjecting himself to the transference of the energies of the people that he was piercing all day and began to develop an interest in the healing arts. It was then that he found that what he was looking for had been with him all along.

Sound is a tool that aids in meditation, deep relaxation, and healing -both physically and energetically- through a process known as entrainment. As a singer and musician since he was a small child, Dae found great comfort and profound healing with this modality and drastically reduced his migraines, anxiety, and stress. He took on a mentorship with Symphony Percussionist Becca Laurito, became a Certified Sound Healer, Tuning Fork Practitioner, Reiki Practitioner, and Crystal Practitioner, and is a member of the International Sound Therapy Association.
